Randie Stone arrived in Seattle 1972 to attend Seattle University. Born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii, she fell in love with Alki Beach. In 1975, she moved into the Flower Garden apartments on 63rd Avenue. Today, Randie has an unmistakable passion for Alki and flowers!
In 1976, Randie graduated Magna Cum Laude, Kappa Delta Phi, Alpha Sigma Nu. During her schooling, she did her internship/student teaching at Chief Sealth as a history teacher. Randie taught school for many years in the Puget Sound region, including South Kitsap/Marcus Whitman Jr. High and Shoreline School District/ Shorewood High School. Randie always commuted, never leaving Alki Beach. In 30 years she has only had two addresses; Beach Drive and Alki Avenue.
Randie has been an active member of the Alki community for nearly three decades. She received a Golden Acorn Award from Alki Elementary in 1995 and is a longtime member of the Alki Site Council. Also, Randie serves as Vice President for the Alki Community Council and as Chairperson for the Alki Business Guidelines Committee.
Randie has been in Real Estate for 14 years and more importantly, has been an active resident of Alki Beach for almost 30 years. This history in West Seattle makes Randie a great resource for home buyers and sellers alike.
